Do I have to pay this parking ticket?

I'd say tell them to screw off, but I have a coworker who is a Justice of Peace (Small Judge). Trust me he lets everyone know all the time, about all his perks like packing heat anywhere courtrooms, post offices, pretty much any where he wants even military bases. He has a few private owned bussiness areas in his town who turn thier tickets over to him, because they are in his boundries he has the power. He Calls it fishing, He is a complete jerk about it also. For a speeding ticket that goes unpaid he will place a warrant out for them, so then if they get pulled over anywhere it shows a $2,000 warrant. Depending on how fast they where going on the original ticket. I think he told me a parking ticket could max out around $850 if someone let it go to long without taking care of it. One of the good things he taught me was if you go and ask for a Plead and Abeyance. That your basically put on probation for a year and if you don't get into trouble your free, but if you mess up you get hit with two tickets. I think on record 4 guys at work have used this now and not one has had to pay anything.
