We were outside waxing our ambulance. Day shift had just washed it. I brought my Flex, a gold CCS pad and some OD Hypersealant. We're about 1/3 of the way done and this nurse pulls up and asks - " is mine next". So i sez to her- " Just once, I wish someone would say, Let me give you a hand with that", or even better "You'll never wash my car". If they did, I would probably say Thanks for not sayin - Is mine next like every other -------- The truck turned out great. I dressed the tires and trim with some old Nascar protectant I had laying around the house. We dressed the interior with Meg's Quik Int Detailer. Great otc product. The amount of swirlage on those trucks probably cant even be quantified. Im not wasting my Menzerna or pads on it.
Know the feeling, every time I wash my car at my apartment someone comes up and says so when you done with yours mine is parked right there...once I was just in a bad mood and said well that is nice but nothing will make that POS look good.
dude i totally know what your talking about its a stupid joke that ive heard a million times im so tired of hearing that line that i cant even do a fake laugh or smile anymore when i hear it. it reminds me of when i use to work at costco i was one of the guys outside bringing back the carts well anytime someone needs assistance loading something in a car the "cart guys" are the ones to help and i cant count how many times people would tell me "can i take you home with me" its like a damn broken record!
Every single stupid person that walks by, every stupid neighbor... EVERYONE.... I tell them all the same thing, for a little bit of money I can make yours look just as good.
I has just finished spraying the tires/wheels with Powermax3 on a clients car when the lady who had the car next to my client comes by and says "oh, I'd like some of that on my tires" Apparently she thought it was dressing. It took all I had NOT to load her up with it and send her on her way. Take pics with your phone Cooter! Don't tell us about a job you did and not post pics!
