I like the size of the Subs but I have girly little wrists so they look kind of funny on me. I also wear my watches a little loose so they hang at the back of my hand.
If you know what you are looking for, this is the time to get one! The pawn shops are full of them! I saw a Vacheron & Constantin in a pawn shop the other day, still had a hefty pricetag on it but a great price for the piece.
A Vacheron Constantin? I would have bought that sucker, though I would have questioned its authenticity, those are incredible watches. I have a terrible addiction to Swiss watches, worse than my addiction to detailing supplies.
I can 't STAND to have anything dangling off my wrists. It drives me insane. Cool lookin' watches though.
I don't know the first thing about these things lol... wouldn't know what to look for... Also don't think I could wear a watch that cost more than the car I drive...
I wouldn't mind buying a watch like that, but I would wait and only buy one, try to make it a bit more meaningful than having a drawer full of watches.
I am a believer in the idea that you need three watches. A sport, a dress, and a daily. I am still looking for a good leather banded (but will end up with more).
I would have liked to, it was a Malte Chronograph in 18k white gold with the display back (in other words $$$$$$!).
Cool picture..but I wonder how it would look if it was a bit under exposed, the watch on the right seems to be a bit washed out..but just my :2cents: Neat looking picture :thumb:
