Thanks everyone! Dsoto87, if you need any information, PM or message me on AIM. I most likely am not quitting completely. In SD, I'll probably ONR wash the car as my primary mode of washing the car. My girlfriend is going to call me silly, but it has to be done! As for the rest of my stuff, I think I'm just going to keep a few things. Although the more I think about it, the more stuff I want to keep. I would really like to keep the polishing stuff around though. Don't be surprised if you see half my collection on sale in a couple of months! I will keep you guys posted. The Makita 9227c is here to stay though
Ben..Congrats on the new career and the best of luck to you. The reason so many of us got into this in the 1st place is a love of cars in general and a real pride in our ride. I don't think that'll fade with you; sure you may get really busy but you'll appreciate the escape when you do get a bit of time to yourself. I can say that confidently given the ride you're trying to buy...it's not some point A to point B grocery-getter. Best of luck to you man.
I'd be surprised if I can even fit groceries in it with a passenger... which is what I find to be the greatest part of an MR2, haha. No more driving people around!
Hey Ben, you know who to dump all your detailing supplies to. Good luck with you career buddy, keep in touch, and let me know how everything works out.
