That's a big 10-4 buddy... I dont know what I dislike more, rock hard clear that you have to work like hell on or soft clear that you can marr from just wiping with a clean MF... the paint I am working with now onoy likes the super thick shag towels, even those can marr if I am not careful (doh)
Wow in this color the Gallardo looks pretty serene It doesn't have that HOLY CRAP!!! IT"S A LAMBORGHINI that some of the oranges and greens do Came out nice though
Thanks Andy Thanks Dad, this client has enough cars to keep one person busy for years. Thanks Ken, me and cameras don't get along, just ask JL. Thanks Dave. Thanks Phil. Thanks Aaron Thanks. Thank You.
Well done Rocket vehicle looks good, I've never seen a red Lambo though, I've seen blue, yellow, black..but not red...looks good :thumb: As for the pictures, no worries, pictures never do justice to the end results if you ask me but it's as close as will get to seeing the vehicle...well at least for me that is as I'm in Canada and your in the US
Thanks Thank You, the color really looks good in person on the car, and trust me with this color it still caught everyones eye.
Awesome results!!! I look at this car and think back to the days of Candy Apple Red. Very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:headbang:
Great job Dana and the car looks superb! That thing is about as red as it gets! Now to the poster that asked about Dana using photoshop.....sorry I had to stop laughing so I could get up off the floor, hell he can barely take the picture much less do any editing with it, LOL! Shoot Photobucket almost makes this man have an aneurysm.
Very nice work, Dana. Vehicle looks great! A DSLR camera would really help your photographs. Depends on if you want to invest in that or not. It's worth it just for the manual focus!
Thanks Andy, I have to agree it is very close to candy apple red in person. Thanks JL, you should know all about my camera misery since you are my camera consultant I keep on retainer. I also laughed and then thought you got to be kidding, but anyway we all know none of of pictures would ever be photoshoped. Thanks Denzil, You might be right about the camera but it isn't very high on my list of things to get. I am sure in due time I will get one.
Awesome job Dana! After talking to you this weekend I didn't realize Lambo clear was so hard at least you had more to play with and like you said that lift damn well sure came in handy for taking out those sanding marks... If only you had one for every detail lol Great job man! :worship2:
I knew I recognized that green maxima in the background,,,,how about a nice 3 step process on that GREEN MACHINE? Sean,,,,,
Lol, hey Sean. Nice meeting you the other day. The Maxima sure does need some love. I guess it is the red headed step child of the fleet.
