I have a Karcher pw, and this foam cannon from pwmall.

Professional Foam Lance w/ 64oz Bottle, Sprays Up To 20, Adjustable

    I have all the connections.

    There are no leaks.

I tried with both CG maxi suds II and CWG.

I tried turning all the knobs on the foam cannon.

It still sprays out either very light foam or just water.

    What am I doing wrong?

turn the top knob all the way towards the "-" minus symbol for max foam. dont forget to use 2-4 oz of product and fill the rest of the bottle up with water. i had a problem when i first got mine b/c i forgot to fill it to the top with water. Good luck.

I was going to post this samething up! haha Damn great minds think a like! haha. I don't think it needs cleaning b/c its brand new right Specc? I think you just got yours.

Also, is the coupler suppose to screw all the way into the FC? Mine is leaking and I think it should be screwed all the way it, but maybe b/c i don't have the muscles haha, but its not budging and looks like its only half way in.

one other thing to consider is that some soaps do not foam as good as others. i think CG WnC is 2 oz of soap and the rest of water. when i use my foam lance the foam is not very thick like some others. Dp extreme foam soap foams better IMO. make sure there is nothing stuck in the straw/line inside the container sometimes particles can get inside and clog the line. good luck.

also dont forget your water sources. i use mine with DI or RO water. if i use tap water it sucks, not thick clingy foam. i have tried several brands and find CWC foams the best with my set up. the video i have on youtube is with DI water

Yeah, CleanE60, I had to use a wrench to connect everything together.

I will be trying to fix this this weekend.

I don't think my water source should be a problem. San Francisco has some of the cleanest water out there.

    Thanks for all the responses!

Hi, SpecC. Use 4oz of soap and the rest water. Leave a few ounces of room in the bottle and cover it up and shake it up nice to get some foam going in the bottle. Turn the soap/water mixture almost all the way to the "minus" setting without having it in a stuck position. You should have about half a centimeter or so of play until max. To get maximum foam, you have to adjust the nozzle so that the pinchers at the end are very close together. You should be getting like a narrow fan spray, that generates the best foam...not sure if I explained that properly.

Even using tap water, you should be getting RIDICULOUS foam. You'll instantly know you've got your settings right, otherwise there may be something wrong with the unit. You shouldn't have any leaks.

I think its just a matter of playing with it to get it to foam properly.
