Their site really is terrible, but there is so much on it..lol. They need to take some time nd have i t restructured.
hey spyral what else would you get from CG if you could. i am ordering diablo in a gallon but would like to get something else to offset the shipping charges a bit. i do have fade to black and like it but still have a full can. i was thinking of bare bones but i do have lots of dressing for tires and trim. what would you suggest. thanks
They will not ship water spot remover as it is a strong acid. I called a few times about it and said they would not ship it, only if you order in bulk or to a distributor they will. I ended up getting it from Detailing Image.
Bare Bones is one of my favorite products from them, and I have ALOT of different ones. Works GREAT for wheel wells and undercarriage. CWG or CWC are 2 great shampoos. Not only can you strip LSP's off if you want, for maintenance washes, their dilution ratios make them EXTREMELY cheap to use. Their synthetic QD is probably still my favorite QD after trying many others. Extremely easy to use, and a great clay lube as well, although I still use ONR as my clay lube simply because of costs. EZ-Creme glaze is another all around favorite. VERY (I cant tell a difference) comparable to PB Blackhole. I have had very good luck out of their "Fabric Clean". It is inexpensive, and dilutes 20-1 so 16oz makes alot of product. Both their yellow with black bands, and monster MF towels are some of my favorites, and normally my go to towels, especially at the deal they have them for. All in all, I dont think I have ever been disappointed with anything I have gotten from there, but those are a few things that will always be in my garage.
+1 It's impossible to navigate. It seems that all of their products are listed in several categories. Plus, there are lots of spelling and grammatical errors. Some great products though!
+2 on CG site. they have off the same things in different pages. i think they should let the customer decide if they one a 16oz or gallon by just clicking on the tab that displays different sizes or quantities. i think they are trying to fill in all of there internet page space. thats like have a business card filled with too much information and potential customers see a bunch of words and throw the thing away. making their site simple should be better.
CG UK site is much better org IMO. It just seems like they dont worry too much about the webpage as it takes then a long time to put things up on.
+2. Whoever designs and maintains their website really has not graduated from high school. My Diablo label is funny...towards the end of the directions, it says "Biablo." Just say it out loud and listen to how it sounds, lol.
Bi-a-blo... HAHA, they dont spell check or look over what they write. There site has many errors that are throughout there product descriptions.
I would fix their entire website, all of the labels and everything to have 15 minutes of freedom in their store-room.
