Wow. Simply amazing work Chollas. That has got to be the worst paint I have ever seen, you did some miracle work to save that one! Enter this in the monthly competition if you qualify - this is outstanding work.
Was that a rotary correction or da?? I bet the customer was floored when they picked it up, it looks amazing..pictures are just jaw dropping..

Thanks Ken, It was done w/ a PC. With the time it took to correct this one ive promised myself i'll learn to use a rotary before too long. <<Original post edited >>
Hi my name is Cliff and I am the local Realtor that had Colin detail the outside of my BMW. Which is actually a 2008 528xi. I actually thought my car looked pretty good before I took it to Colin as I wash it about 2 or 3 times a week and never with a brush so where all those swirl marks came from is a mystery to me. I cannot thank Colin enough for all the hard work and especially time that he put into this job. I am stunned at how great my car looks now and I will probably have Colin do a lot more work as I would not have enough patience not to mention the know how to do a job like that. Colin again FANTASTIC job and I thank you Cliff
Swirls can come from circular motions while washing, or lack of the 2 bucket method, which helps reduce debris getting caught in your mit, which causes marring and paint defects such as swirls. You've got a nice looking vehicle now!
Welcome Cliff. Yea he really did excellent work on your very nice vehicle. This is a great place to learn about maintaining your car properly in between details. :welcome:
