Majestic Solutions

I hear everyone mention products from MS every now and again and was wondering which ones you all would recommend adding to my arsenal. A lot of their products seem very similar in description to me. I have some greenclean from CG that i guess would compare to SGS but i have not used either one yet.

 

Ultragloss shampoo is nice. smells great and makes tons of suds. The cotton clean spray air freshener is bomb, and lasts longer than some other ones I have used in the past. I have heard rave reviews of SGS.

 

sgs rocks. nuf said.

 

Are local to RDU? I'm only asking because a couple of my favorites are aerosols, so they can't be shipped.

- Leather and Plastic Cleaner
- Super Green Stuff APC
- Extraction Plus carpet cleaner
- Enzymatic carpet cleaner
- Ultra Gloss
- Power Prep (another APC, but MUCH much stronger)
- Various odor neutralizing scents (I like Clean Cotton like Rog mentioned)

None of the above are aerosols. Each of the carpet chemicals I've used from them have been flat out amazing. Like "hey, where did all the dirt go" amazing. It seems impossible.

I just recently tried one of their dressings, Poly Protectant. It's the first of the MS products that they make in house that I'm not thrilled with. It looks great on tires, but the durability is...well, there isn't any. First rainstorm and it's gone.

Ultra Gloss is a maint. wash. Its a great product. Super Green Stuff is a great APC. Super Foam throws out tons of foam.

 

I've tried their ultra gloss, super green stuff, and leather plastic cleaner. They all work great and I have nothing but good things to say. The Leather plastic cleaner hasn't dissapointed me, I tried it on some really soiled leather and it actually lifted dirt off without any scrubbing. Of course you have to scrub to get more off, but their products work and are priced well.

 

I want to try the UG and SGS but shipping from their site is just ridiculous just to experiment with.

 

Yeah, they don't really do very much in the way of nationwide shipping, so I'm guessing they don't get the huge discounts that some other places do. MS is very focused on their local market, which is the state of NC; most of their business is sales from their delivery trucks, which they have several of.

Anyway, if I had to pick some that I can't do without, the list I posted above is it. I've got a lot more of their stuff, but those are the ones I use the most frequently.

 

sgs is worth wayyyyy more than what is listed

 

I've ordered some gallons of stuff. I didnt think there shipping was any better or worse than anyone else. Shipping is bad for everyone seems like. You pretty much just have to grin and bear it.

 

Price wise it's very very cheap. I added a quart of SGS and UG and shipping was more expensive than the product :shead:.

 

yea shipping was $17 for me for 1 gallon or several. looks like it only pays to buy from them if your gonna stock up on a few things.

 

Well. I stand corrected. I put 2 quarts in my shopping cart and the shipping was $17. I will try gallons on each n see.

 

I may have to see how much shipping would be for me to ship you guys a gallon or two of product as I love 10 min away from them.

 

you guys are complaining....my shipping bill was like $87 when I ordered from them. But this is what they shipped though:

 

I ordered a gallon of their carpet extraction. When I went to view cart it said $9.95 with $13 shipping. Total of $ 22.95. I removed it and added it agian to my cart. I said well hell. I ordered it. I figured its like that old saying- You better get while the gettin's good!!!!! We'll see.

That was for the gallon. Not the quart!!

 

Well I'll add my .02 but it'll be pretty much a repeat from krshultz:

• Leather and Plastic Cleaner - Hands down the best interior cleaner I have ever used and if you couple it with the Autoglym cleaning pad that Ken sells it cleans even better!

• Super Green Stuff APC - This is the best APC I have ever used and just so versatile and safe on paint. Oh and to the orginal poster CGs Green Clean straight can't clean as well as SGS diluted 10:1, and yes I've used both

• Extraction Plus carpet cleaner - Karl summed this up best with his "Its just witchcraft in a bottle"

• Ultra Gloss - Like washing your car with a QD. This has a ton of polymers in it.

• Super Foam - Foams like no other in a foam cannon and if you put in an ounce of Power Prep will strip everything but the paint.

• Power Prep - Another APC, but MUCH much stronger.

• Various odor neutralizing scents - I like the lemon and Clean cotton.
