I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section, but to me it seemed that this was the best place to post this question. Mods/admin, please feel free to move this to its appropriate place if it doesn't belong here.

Onto the question...does anyone or has anyone ever used FK360 or 440? If so, how well did it work? What sort of results did you acheive? Do they have long work times?
I'm thinking about buying it to use with my Flex 3401VRG. I currently use the Megs 105/205 combo, however it takes a big chunck out of the pocket book when it comes time to re-order. The FK line seems a whole lot more economical.

Thanks for reading this. I look forward to your responses.

FWIW, I have the 360 and many other FK products. I would rate 360 "all right". FK favorites are 425, 146, 108, Pink Wax and 1000P. The various FK glazes and polishes are good products, but perhaps not in the upper tier performance wise. At least that's my .02.

Have you considered IZ or Prima products? I would rate both of these polish lines ahead of the FK polishes. Prima Swirl remover is close to SIP in terms of corrective ability.

I'm sure others will offer their thoughts.

FK polishes left me flat but 1000p,2180 and pink wax have relaced most all of my lsp's.

Their AIO's are nice, the 217 no real cut but cleans and leaves a nice shine, 215 was good at removing some very fine swirls while really deep cleaning the paint bringout a fantastic shine. 1000p is my fav, pink wax, 218, 2180, 228 and 425 are among my favs

Thanks for the help, guys. I'm probably going to place an order with them soon. I know for sure that I'm going to get the PW, 1000P and 425.

like the other guys have said. FK425 , PW and 1000p are great products. Plus their $5 flat rate shipping is pretty nice also. Its gettin about time for me to order another gallon of FK425.

Agreed with the old FK distribution the flat rate shipping was really nice.

Before Meguiars pushed the whole micro abrasives thing FK caught the early boat as some of their products already have that "technology" if you can call it that.

Good luck ordering, their US distributor, FK1USA is all messed up. Haven't been taking orders since May.

I've tried ordering straight from the manufacturer but it has proven to be extremely difficult.

Yea there is another guy taking on the distribution role of the now failboated FKusa. I think they are finalizing so I think soon we will have a faster more reliable way to get our gear.

I live less than a mile away from the Finish Kare HQ in South El Monte. Let me know what you guys want, and I'd be happy to go down there personally and see if I can't facilitate any orders. I spoke with Leda about a week ago and she advised that their website would be up and running soon. Finishkare Inc.

Finish Kare, Inc's US distributor, FK1USA is gone and appears to be out of business (FK1USA is a different entity from Finish Kare, Inc.). I tracked down Finish Kare, Inc. back in June/July and have been successful placing orders with them directly.

Shoot an email to Leda at the following address and she'll take care of you.

    Email: finishkare1@hotmail.com

The basic procedure is the following:
    1) You send her an e-mail with your contact info, and what you want
    2) She will call you and ask for your payment info
    3) She will send you an invoice (pdf)
    4) You replay to the e-mail approving the invoice
    5) She will charge you and have your order shipped the next day
    6) Fedex will e-mail you when they pick it up the next day

Initially I was a little leery of the "...@hotmail.com" email account, but I have a gallon of 425 and a tin of 1000P to verify it's straight up. Rumor has it Finish Kare is talks with AutoGeek to take over their US distributorship.

If you don't hear back from Leda within a few days give her a call at 626-443-8983. She's been really great with following up on orders.

    Good luck
