Hey all. Been doing some searching and learning all over this forum. Definitely a great place to pick up a lot of knowledge as a novice like myself. I recently purchased a 2010 Black Mica Mazda 3 five-door and am currently trying to build up my arsenal to keep it clean. My current target are the wheels. As it stands right now the break dust is a PITA. I've seen a few different variations, but wanted to get some opinions related directly to my wheel type. Below is a picture of the exact wheels the 3 sports so let me know what brush or brushes you would use to keep them clean. I purposely left the picture a little larger than most so you can see all the details where I would possibly need some finer brushes. Thanks in advance.
Race Glaze brush or a ez detail brush. Right now it seems that many people like the Race Glaze brush from Ken.
1)Raceglaze to get the interior of the wheel :headbang: 2)Swissvax to get in the nooks-n-crannys :headbang: Hope this Helps.....:cig: Got anymore Questions...:waiting2: Oh, and Welcome to Detailing Bliss, hope to see you around Speed Freak eace:
Do you have a link for those particular brushes. I think I tried looking it up earlier, but got a variety of results back. Still getting my bookmarks folder filled up with all the good sources! Also, thanks for leading me to the forums Patel.
Raceglaze Brush is the new go-to brush as I'm starting to learn. Unfortunately I also learned Ken has sold out of all of his, luckily I got mine before he did. I would recommend the RG brush for almost any wheel.
Well, guess it looks like I'm going to need to put an order together to make it worthwhile for the $25 shipping fee unless I hit the $150 mark
I remove the wheels on all the cars I do and only need two brushes. I use the Swissvax and a flat boars hair brush.
