guys/gals, I'm curious about this product and would like to get feedback from users here. I'm an opti-seal user and I was wondering if this a good top off product. Any suggestions/comments? Thanks, G
Its awesome. Extremely easy to use. Works well on its own and even better as a topper. Super slick, good looks. Sprits your mf to prime it. Spray the panel, rub it in, flip the mf, rub off. Just as quick as a QD but with actual protection and durability.
Yes, I use it. Easy to use and definitely great as a topper and to patch up areas that were scratched, or bird pooped on. I bought a gallon earlier this year and I'm halfway finished with it so it shows how much I life it. You do have to worry about humidity. I get some streaking on black. The main benefit is the speed and how well it complements ONR. Good luck with it
I use it and love the ease of use and how slick it is. good choice for beginners. youll like it. i bought a gallon. i use it the most on my wifes van.
Definitely my most used LSP, I use it on every "basic" detail (Poli Seal topped with OCW). Yes, you do. In my hot and humid garage yesterday, I topped Poli Seal with OCW on a black metallic Jeep Grand Cherokee, and had a ton of streaking and smearing. In cooler, less humid temps, I have rarely had issues.
Z8 has a sealant in it, right? OCW has carnauba in it. Different animals. I've been very happy with Duragloss Aquawax. I've never used OCW.
I was quite surprised at how well OCW made my cars look. Application is super easy like all the others have stated, just massage it into the paint well. Having never used it alone I can't comment on duribilty here in SW Oh, sorry. You will not be let down.
I'll register another positive vote for it. I was happy even with the "old" formula. The current one works very well and doesn't separate like its predecessor. Get a gallon.
It is my wax of choice for wash and wax jobs. It looks great, is slick and lasts a good while by itself.
OCW under or over Opti-Seal looks fantastic! Try this, after washing your car, spritz each panel lightly with OCW as you dry. :headbang:
