im getting my new car in a few weeks and the paint work is spotless other than a few swirl marks here and there and i would like to give it a gd clay and wax and remove the swirl with some poor boys diminishing wax but . . what rotary should i buy? id like 1 for under £100 if possible with a few pads to get me started and as i live in the uk wheres best to go and get my accesories? Your so lucky to be in the UK...I would go broke purchasing all the detailing products in the UK. As to where to purhcase from, Rubbish Boys is in the UK you should contact him: Rubbish Boy's Carnauba Wax Shop As for a rotary, I personally favour the Metabo but I also own a Makita, both are great tools and you can't go wrong with either one. Jayplay also recommended another rotary, it's available in the UK but I can't rememer the name of it...I'll look for it and post the name shortly.
if your in the uk matey i would check out the chicago rotary that clean your car have, its a cracking bit of kit for good money. the kestral machine is in your price bracket and you may even get sonus pads with it.:thumb:
