On my Jet Black BMW i have several layers of Zaino,a few weeks ago I topped it with Pinnacle Sovereign.....it lookes stunning. My question is can i now go over it with Z-8 or Z-6 and then go back over it with the Sovereign and then back over it with Z-8 ect..... ?
Very good question! I own a Jet black BMW and I like doing the same combo! I always wondered the same thing.
I've doen this combo with Fuzion with no issues. Souveran has more oils but should be ok. After appling souveran and qding with Z6 after a week or so, adding Z8 should not be a problem. I know of one person with a blk vette that does this.
i found an artice by togwt and i believe hes says i could layer the pinnacle with zaino clear seal, but i didnt know how i could incorporate the z-6 and z-8 and still continue to use my wax.
Z8 contains a polymer that is compatible with wax. But I don't think the other products in the Z range do See also "Layering Wax and ‘Spit Shining " in the detailing school section
You should be fine. You will have to remove the PS if you want to apply additional coats of Z2p or Z5p but you can apply Z6 or Z8 whenever you want. Z8 works great on top of PS.
