Was going through their photostream and I must say their rims and cars look amazing. Thought some of you would like to see. His photography is top notch as well! Search 360 Forged on Flickr and it's wallpaper heaven! I wonder who does his detailing. I think it's a member over on autopia. Anyways, here are the pics:

They are sweet rims, I was gonna get a set for my car till I called on pricing. Ya they were $6000. :yikes: There three piece wheels. I'm not saying there not worth it...just more than I was looking to spend.I told them to have a nice day.

3 piece wheels for 6k.. what a rip off..you should be getting magnisium die forged mono block rims for that price.. three piece rims are not good for competition!!! they do look hot though.. still much rather have neez qd7's or the morr vs8 which is what i have.

Very nice wheels indeed, and fantastic photography.

But are these wheels "better" than BBS wheels?

They're imo look wise and the fact that they're a lot more exclusive. I'm not sure about quality but I'm sure they're both up there qualitywise. BBSs are probably better performance wise

bbs gold are pretty exclusive esp certain styles which can run 5-6k for a set easy.. BBS are much better performance wise.. you want wheels that will perform not just look pretty.. a 3 piece wheel isn't what is used on the race track.. all the big wigs use die forged aluminum or magnisium and sometimes both.. but mostly one or the other.. 3 piece wheels are meant for bling and bling only.. they will break easier than a mono block wheel whether die forged or just forged.. they are just stronger and lighter.. my morr vs8's are monoblock forged and weigh 20lbs a corner.. plus i put ps2's on and i saved about 60lbs of unsprung weight.. that is HUGE!!!! my car feels very different in the summer and they are 19's my stock sport rims which i use for winters are 18's..both staggered.

360 forged are nice don't get me wrong.. it's just your paying for the name and the bling factor.. you could get both else where in a single block configuration and it will be lighter for less. but it won't have that 2-3 piece look with a different lip than the face and such. personally i think they do look great but i want a performance benefit when i go to aftermarket and i am not really getting it with a 3 piece wheel.. not really saving much weight.. and unsprung weight means the most.. when you cut that big changes happen.. but if you just want bling go for it.. but why pay 6k for a 3 piece wheel? that is just stupid imo.. go monoblock!!!! get black(or any color) inserts and a polished (or any color)face and bam you got one hot wheel with serious performance benefits and it will last longer. my morr vs8's are up for 3400 now i think maybe a lil more and i got them for like 2300 in the first GB on e90post like a year ago. i get compliments all the time in the summer time.. i just don't see why anyone would spend 6k on a 2-3 pice wheell.. they should be carving out of a block of die forged aluminum or magnesium for that price..
