Ken..the place looks great!! I totally agree with the happy wife comment, LOL. You sure have your hands full with all you've got going on right now! What a fantastic time to re-negotiate your mortgage, too..the B of C is announcing today yet another interest rate drop. Even without this drop mine is at 2.25%..it makes such a difference.
A tip for your fireplace..use your steamer to clean the glass. Or you can use oven cleaner, but that shit makes my lungs bleed.

 

interest rate of 2.25%? Damn! Here in norway 3.9% is LOW.

 

You both are lucky... I am locked in at 4.5% for the next 30 days until I close and that is very good for here in the US!
