Alcohol wipe?

    What is this alcohol wipe people talk about using after they polish before they apply the wax??

    its a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. some do it 50/50, some do more. either way, its used to wipe down the paint after polishing to remove any residual and allow more accurate inspection of defects.

    50/50 Isopropyl Alcohol/Water mixture to remove polish oils to make sure of true correction. The polish oils can fill in the swirls and make the illusion that the paint is corrected.

    alright and where can i find this Isopropyl alcohol? do you reccomend anding this step to the process? thanks

    you can buy it anywhere...CVS, riteaid, grocery store. and yes it is recommended. almost necessary in my opinion, unless you want to opt to buy some menz top inspection or something.
