Here are a couple pictures of the accident with my Blackjack. Dunno why it has such a blueish hue to them. I think I have a camber issue on the front right tire... Check out the perfection in that hood though!

    What the hell happened?

I'd say you have a camber issue!

Some lady pulled out of Wawa and POW, right in the kisser. She was driving a suburban which encountered minor scratches.

LOL. Well I'm attempting to get it totaled, I really don't want it "fixed" cause I know it'll never be the same regardless. I think I'm going to send it to the dealership because they are the most expensive. Any other advice on this?

thats a real bummer,, those wawa parking lots are brutal...people trying to catch something quick to eat or drink .. they are usually very busy too....where in nj are you..

If it were me, I'd do the following...

Put it up in the air and remove the wheels from the passenger side. Start looking at the points where the suspension mounts to the chassis (control arms, strut housings, etc). Open the hood, and see if the sheetmetal where the struts bolt in is bent or buckled - look for cracked paint as a giveaway. Really go over it with a fine toothed comb.

After you get your estimate(s), make sure that every last item that looks out of sorts is on the estimate(s). If they're not, bring it to the attention of the body shop in question.

Am I right in thinking that's a Lincoln LS? If so, what is it worth in excellent condition?

Yea it's a Lincoln LS. I called the body shop/towing company that took the car and they said it's probably totaled. I'm gonna ask the body shop to add the estimate up as much as possible and see if it can get totaled.

    Well, I guess that's good news...sort of.

I always thought those were neat cars. Never been in one, but it looked great on paper. RWD, IRS, good engines, nicely styled without being too glitzy.

If it gets totaled, are you going to try and find another, or move on to something else?

Moving on to hopefully a GTO. Don't get me wrong, these cars are amazing. F1 (project team leaders came from F1)style double wishbone chassic, true dual exhaust, almost perfect Front/Back weight distribution due to hood and battery location etc., german suspension engineering, Select Shift transmissions... very hard to beat a car like this. It didn't out accelerate but it out slalomed the 5 series from BMW from that year. I loved the car but I gotta move on, it lost its luster. The resale value on these is terrible so its definitely a buyers market if your looking for a really nice cruiser that's fun and cheap.
