WetSanding - Help needed

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if there was a guide on DB about Wetsanding? Points i am looking for help with are. Soaking time of the sandpaper, type of solution used and type of lube used for wetsanding. After wetsanding what type of polish / pads would you recommend using? I have got the full menzerna range and CCS pads.
