    This is my dads new car, bought from ebay..

    Optimum Car Wash
    Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Gloss
    Chemical Guys Grime Reaper
    Swissvax Detail Brush
    Lambswool mitt
    Nilfisk HD-Wash alcalic degreaser

    Clay:
    Riccardo yellow
    Optimum ONR

    Wheels/wells:
    Chemical Guys Grime Reaper
    ValetPro Billberry
    Ez Detail Brush
    Meguiars mitt
    Meguiars Tire Scrub
    Swissvax Wheel brush
    Swissvax Pneu
    Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel

    Windows:
    Duragloss Rain Repel

    Paint:
    Scholl S03+ on a Scholl compounding pad
    Scholl S40 on a Scholl spider structure polishing pad
    3m general purpose adhesive cleaner

    Equipment:
    Makita 9227
    3m backing plate
    3" backing plate
    Sungun

    Protection:
    Chemical Guys Vertua Bond
    Swissvax BOS


    Started by mixing Nilfisk HD-wash 1:10

    My wheel washing team

    Sprayed the whole car with Nilfisk HD Wash, then pressure washed the whole car

    All cracks etc were sprayed with Grime Reaper, then agitated with a Swissvax detail brush

    The wheels got billberry and cg grime reaper, then agitated with ez detail and swissvax wheel brush

    Car was washed with a lambswool mitt, and a mixture of optimum car wash and cg citrus wash and gloss

    wells got cg grime reaper, and a old mitt
    [​IMG]

    this is how the car looked after the washing process

    The choice of clay was yellow riccardo, and optimum onr for lube

    quite contaminated..

    drying with a guzzler hd towel

    inspection with the 3m sungun

    The paint looked like hell, so I figured it was a perfect time to test my new Scholl S03+

    Used a 3" pad for the tight places

    Used Scholl S40 and a Spider structure polishing pad for finishing:

    Looked like this after one round (S40 is black, the paint is not dirty :) )

    After polishing, I used a brush and compressed air to get rid of the dust in the cracks etc..

    wiper blades got washed with 3m general purpose adhesive cleaner
    [​IMG]

    used 3m general purpose adhesive cleaner to prep the paint for lsp
    [​IMG]

    and wiped with a microfibre towel
    [​IMG]

    used cg vertua bond to ensure proper bonding of the wax
    [​IMG]

    leaving the paint looking like this, love this product!

    The choice og lsp was Swissvax BOS

    While the wax was curing, I dressed the wells with cg new look trim gel

    and dressed the tires with swissvax pneu
    [​IMG]

    leaving it looking like this

    windows was washed with duragloss rain repel and a cg streak free mf towel

    after 20 minutes I buffed the wax, using several cg 530xl mf towels

    and a quick sweep with a swissvax micropolish towel

    Where did you get that 3'' backing plate?And is it for US threads?

    I must agree - the work shop is a great back-drop for the photos of the finished car, which is Spektakulære!
    Nice work. Your persistance paid off. Looks like Scholl is the new polish on the block.
